(Bud) Selig</p>\n<p>Commissioner of Major League Baseball</p>\n<p>George Bodenheimer</p>\n<p>Executive Chairman of ESPN Inc. and ABC Sports and Co-chair\,\nDisney Media Network</p>\n<p>The Sport and Society in America conference invites\nproposals for individual papers focused on the philosophy of sport. The\nconference welcomes submissions on any topic related to the philosophy of\nsport\, including (but not limited to) the ethics of sport\, the socio-political\nfunction of sport\, and the epistemology and ontology of sport.&nbsp\; Special consideration will be given to papers\nthat\, without sacrificing philosophical rigor\, are wholly or partially\naccessible to a non-specialist audience.</p>\n<p>The conference will be hosted by St. Norbert College and the\nGreen Bay Packers.
