DESCRIPTION:<p>For the eighth year running\,&nbsp\;<em>Res Publica</em>&nbsp\;will be awarding a prize for the best paper submitted by a current or recent postgraduate student in 2012.&nbsp\; This may be in any area of moral\, legal\, social or political philosophy.
