The University of Birmingham will host a two-day workshop on 8 and 9 May
2014 on the costs and benefits of imperfect cognitions, funded by an AHRC
Fellowship, and co-organised by Ema Sullivan-Bissett and Lisa Bortolotti.
Speakers include Ryan McKay, Maarten Boudry, Martin Conway, Jules Holroyd,
Ema Sullivan-Bissett, Lisa Bortolotti, Katerina Fotopoulou, Miranda
Fricker, Peter Johansson, and Lars Hall. Key topics are delusion, belief,
memory, confabulation, implicit bias, and choice blindness.
