Perspectives on Agency and Participation

The workshop aims at offering an interdisciplinary forum for the discussion of different views of agency and of its implications for issues of individual and collective participation. The current debate on these topics appears to be fragmented. The goal of the workshop is to bridge interdisciplinary divisions and to provide space for a fertile sharing of perspectives, which allows a better comprehension of how different ideas of agency and participation may inform the debate on justice, democracy, equality, responsibility, and
sustainability.
