Editors: Alan Weir, Gary Kemp and Frederique Janssen-Lauret.
Deadline for submission: 31 October 2014.

We are inviting submissions for a three-day international conference on
the historical Quine to be held in Glasgow in December 2014. Papers will
be published in the conference volume, Quine and His Place in History,
which will appear in Palgrave Macmillan's History of Analytic Philosophy
series.

Submitted papers should be historical in focus, anonymised for blind
review, and no more than 9,000 words in length. We are especially
interested in papers on Quine's relationship to American pragmatism or his
connection to the Unity of Science movement.

Questions and submissions may be sent to [email protected] .
