Details

It is twenty years since the first democratic election in South
Africa, and the South African philosophical community is slowly making
its presence felt on the international sphere. What kind of character
has the South African philosophical community developed? And is it the
right character for us to have? What should South African philosophy
be like in the Twenty-First Century?

Some money is available to help those who wish to participate in the
workshop, but who do not have funds for travel and accommodation.

Expected contributors include Prof M B Ramose (UNISA).
