Details

Love and Human Agency, an interdisciplinary research project supported by the John Templeton Foundation, is pleased to announce an interdisciplinary conference on Love and Human Agency, to be held at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, from Sept. 19-20, 2014.

What is the role of love and caring in human freedom and other aspects of human agency, including our capacities to value, to make choices, and to motivate ourselves to act? We will bring together philosophers, psychologists, and anthropologists to address these and other questions.
