CFP: CFP Healthcare Ethics Committee Forum

The issue will be devoted to meta-ethical issues pertaining to the question of whether human life is intrinsically or inherently good. Sub-questions could include what counts as human life? What is it that "grounds" value? What is it for something to possess a property "intrinsically" or "inherently"? Does our value co-vary with our level of consciousness? If so, why? Authors should attempt to apply their answers on such meta-ethical questions to ethical issues arising in the health care context.
