Keynote speakers: John Norton (Pittsburgh) and C. Kenneth Waters (Calgary)

The conference theme is ‘Philosophy of Science’.  This theme was chosen to follow the successful Calgary Summit of Philosophers of Science held in September, 2014.  Papers considered will include work in scientific explanation, methodology and practice, induction, realism, values in science, causation, and more.  As such, applications from philosophy of biology, physics, chemistry, neuroscience, social science, and philosophy of mathematics will be welcomed. 

The deadline for paper submissions is January 1st, 2015.  Responses can be expected by January 15, 2015.  Please ensure your paper is prepared for blind review.  Papers should be no longer than 3000 words.  A cover page is required with the following information: Author’s name, institutional affiliation, contact information, title of the paper and abstract.
