William & Mary Undergraduate Philosophy Conference

March 21 & 22, 2015

College of William & Mary

Williamsburg, VA

The College of William & Mary will hold its Fourth Annual Undergraduate Philosophy Conference on March 21 & 22, 2015. This conference aims to give undergraduate students an opportunity to present their work to their peers and to interact with students from across the country.  Papers on any topic in philosophy are welcome. All participants must be undergraduate students. The author of the best paper will receive $100; the runner up will receive $50.

Papers should be prepared for blind review (no author-identifying information) and be approximately 2,000-3,000 words.  The conference will use a symposium format.  Each session will include the presentation of a paper, commentary, and discussion.

Electronic submissions, including the paper and a brief (100-200 word) abstract (Word documents), should be sent to Max Miroff at mamiroff[at]email.wm.edu. The submission deadline is February 15, 2015. Earlier submissions are encouraged. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by March 1, 2015.

For further details, including travel and lodging information, contact Max Miroff via email (mamiroff[at]email.wm.edu).
