Details

Contributions can cover a large scope of themes (theory of norms, theory of legal institutions, global law, authority and legitimacy, positivism and natural law theories, analytical jurisprudence, sociological and historical approaches to law, sanctions and retribution).

Applications can be in French or in English and should be submitted by 2 May 2015 to: journees.droit.philosophie@gmail. They should include an abstract of no more than 1.000 words and a short note stating the candidate’s thesis title and institutional affiliation.

A selection committee of academics in law and philosophy will anonymously review the submitted abstracts. The candidates will be notified of the committee’s decision by early July 2015.
