The workshop "Issues in Applied Analytic Philosophy" will take place on May 28/29 at the Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities (Essen, Germany, http://www.kulturwissenschaften.de/en/home/contact.html). It is the Kick Off Workshop of the project "Applied Analytic Philosophy: Social Groups", kindly funded by the Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities, Essen, in collaboration with the project "A Study in Explanatory Power", kindly funded by the Volkswagen Foundation.
