Theme: The Sensuousness of the Festive

A festival draws together individiduals to a common corporeal bond. Each individual is released from isolation and corporeally bonds with other individuals. With this relasement he or she overcomes the everyday alienation from other individuals and emerges and celebrates kinship with oothers. This is festival of corporeality dramatizes communal lived-body. It is also therapeutic. The conference seeks to explore this experience from multiple perspectives.

Presentations are invited from all academic disciplines  and from those not associated with the academy. Submissions form artists, poets, writers, and applied aestheticians are  welcome.
