The IHS Conference & Research Grant provides up to $750 to cover travel costs and fees for career-related expenses.

Whether you're on the job market now, or entering it in a couple years, there's always room to improve your CV. But, presenting at conferences, and submitting work to publishers is expensive. Apply to our Conference and Research Grant to help cover the costs, and stand out on the job market.

Grad students working to advance the ideas of freedom are eligible to apply, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Eligible activities include, but are not limited to:

•  Presentations at academic or professional conferences

•  Travel to academic job interviews on a campus or at professional/academic conferences

•  Submission of unpublished manuscripts to journals or book publishers
