Call for Papers

Proposals for paper presentations, workshops, posters, or colloquia are invited for the Sixth International Conference on Religion and Spirituality in Society, held at The Catholic University of America, Washington D.C, USA, 22-23 March 2016. Proposals are invited that address religion through one of the following categories:

Theme 1: Religious Foundations

Theme 2: Religious Community and Socialization

Theme 3: Religious Commonalities and Differences

Theme 4: The Politics of Religion

2016 Special Theme: Religion in the Age of the Anthropocene: Towards a Common Cause?

CONFERENCE SUBMISSION DEADLINES

We welcome the submission of proposals to the conference at any time of the year before the final Late Proposal Deadline (see below). All proposals will be reviewed within two to four weeks of submission. The dates below serve as a guideline for proposal submission based on our corresponding registration deadlines.

*Regular Proposal Deadline – 22 December 2015*

Late Proposal Deadline – 22 February 2016
