Details

The Loyola University Chicago Journal of Regulatory Compliance will host its inaugural symposium on September 23, 2016 in Chicago, Illinois.  The Symposium will examine the role of society and regulation from a substantive, procedural, and organizational perspective.  The Symposium is particularly interested in how institutions organize their operations to comply with rules and regulations, often in a multi-jurisdictional context.  The Symposium will look at the rise of compliance programs as what seems to be a permanent aspect of business in the U.S. and globally.
