Submission deadline: Tuesday, May 1 2012
Conference date(s):
Tuesday, August 14 2012
Conference Venue:
University of Bristol
Bristol,
United Kingdom
Details
Ever since Lewis' celebrated possible worlds account, counterfactuals have been deeply involved with the notion of time. These days there are alternative formulations of the semantics of counterfactuals, some of which focus on the complex role of probabilities (Leitgeb) and of formal branching-time models of indeterminism (Mueller). The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers who are interested in both counterfactuals and time, to share results and ideas.
