CFP: Uncanny Journal - Philosophy and Cultural Studies Journal

It's open the CfP for the next number dedicated to Christmas.

The questions that submissions may adress include, but are not limited to:

- Christmas and Economy (globalisation, capitalism, etc.);

- Christmas and Religion or possible relationships with other religious traditions;

- Christmas and History;

- Christmas in Literature;

- Christmas and the Loneliness;

- Christmas and Utopic societies.

Send for blind and peer review between 10 and 15 pages (Garamond, 12, 1,5 space, Chicago Manual of Style). Notifications of acceptance maximum 30 days.

Also inform you that if you want to send an essay about other theme (in philosophy of mind, phenomenology, lterature, cinema, painting, etc.), it will be accepted for consideration for the next number.

Also remind that student's can also aplly for the special section «In Study» (student's of Master's should send a short biographical note).
