You are invited to attend the International Conference on Social Responsibility, Ethics and Sustainable Business that will be held at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies on October 22-23, 2012. The purpose of the conference is to create a networking opportunity for both researchers and practitioners to discuss recent insights on socially responsible practices in the non- and for-profit sector.
Although academic in nature, representatives in the business environment will deliver case studies on sustainability practices and will reflect on the challenges and opportunities that CSR brings in different industries.
The papers presented will be included in the conference proceedings. The best papers will be invited for publication in the Special Issue of “Responsibility. A Journal of Social Responsibility, Ethics, and Sustainability” (http://www.etica-aplicata.ro/home/publications/responsibility) and “Journal of Doctoral Research in Economics”.

Submissions
Authors are invited to submit abstracts of 200 words or full papers electronically in Word via email to [email protected] by October 1, 2012. No more than two papers will be accepted from any author.
Although preference will be given to full papers, abstracts will also be taken in consideration.

- Abstracts registration: October 1, 2012
- Abstracts notification: October 3, 2012
- Full papers deadline: October 12, 2012
- Feed-back on full papers and selection for publication: October 20, 2012
Conference Registration
- Regular conference fee: 150 Euro
- There are a limited number of fee weavers – 50% off the regular conference fee (75 Euro) -- for PhD students. The fee weavers are offered on competitive basis.
