DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>32nd Annual APPE International Conference</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Portland (Oregon) Marriott Downtown Waterfront: </strong></p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp\; &nbsp\; In Person: March 2-5\, 2023</strong></p>\n<p><strong></strong><strong>&nbsp\; &nbsp\; Virtual: March 31\, 2023</strong></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><u>Call for Proposals</u></p>\n\n<p>APPE invites individuals from every discipline and profession interested in advancing scholarship\,&nbsp\;teaching\, and a general understanding of applied ethics to submit proposals based on their work to our 32nd Annual APPE International Conference on March 2-5\, 2023 in Portland\, Oregon. To accommodate our international members\, presenters\, and guests who are unable to attend the in-person conference in Portland\, there will be an online-only portion of the conference program on March 31\, 2023.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>APPE is a multidisciplinary\, international organization advancing scholarship\, education\, and&nbsp\;practice in practical and professional ethics. We facilitate and support scholarly and professional collaborations among teachers\, scientists\, business practitioners\, engineers\, government officials\, researchers\, the media\, and all professionals concerned with the practical application and communications of ethics and values.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In response to feedback from attendees\, APPE welcomes submissions for a special focus on <strong>Human&nbsp\;</strong><strong>Rights in the Professions/Disciplines</strong>.
