DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Northern Association for Ancient Philosophy 2023\,&nbsp\;&nbsp\;call for abstracts</strong></p>\n<p>The annual Northern Association meeting will include two twenty-minute presentations by current postgraduate students. We invite students working in the UK on Greek and Roman Philosophy to send us abstracts of up to 300 words by Friday 21 October.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Confirmed speakers:&nbsp\;Peter Adamson\, Munich\; Andrea Buongirono\, Oxford\; Aiste Celltyke\, Leiden\; I Xuan Chong\, St Andrews\; Sophia Connell\, Birkbeck\; Ellisif Wasmuth\, Essex.</p>\n<p>The meeting will be held in St Andrews on the afternoon of Tuesday 11 April and the morning of Wednesday 12 April 2023.</p>\n<p>Please send abstracts to both Margaret Hampson (&nbsp\;mrh8@st-andrews.ac.uk&nbsp\;) and Alex Long (&nbsp\;agl10@st-andrews.ac.uk).</p>\n<p>N.B. The conference is scheduled for the two days immediately preceeding the annual BSHP conference\, hosted at the University of Aberdeen\, with a view to reducing travel for attendees of both events.</p>
