DESCRIPTION:Nietzsche in the Northeast will hold its 2023 meeting in Binghamton\, NY\, at the University Downtown Center\, from October 19th to October 21st . We invite abstracts for short papers on any topic related to Nietzsche&rsquo\;s work\; we have about six slots available for parallel sessions.<br><br>\nBinghamton is located in upstate NY\, about 180 miles from Philadelphia or NYC\, and about 75 miles from the Syracuse airport. The local airport (BGM) only connects to NY-LaGuardia. There is frequent bus service to NYC.<br><br>\nConfirmed participants: Rebecca Bamford\, Daniel Blue\, Katie Brennan\, Daniel Conway*\, Kaitlyn Creasy\, Ian Dunkle\, Christian Emden\, Pete Groff\, Robert Guay\, Jeffrey Hastings\, Anthony Jensen\, Paul Katsafanas\, Paul Loeb\, Allison Merrick\, Matthew Meyer\, Mark Migotti*\, Robert Miner\, James Mollison\, Justin Remhof\, Jacqueline Scott\, Melanie Shepherd. (*tentative)\n<br>Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.<br>To submit an abstract\, please send two files:<br>- (1) a file that contains the title of your paper and your contact information and<br>- (2) a file that contains the title of your paper and your abstract\, but not your name.<br>The file name for (1) should contain your name and the file name for (2) should contain your paper title.
