DESCRIPTION:<p>In this paper I argue that lying has at least three wrong-making features - it is an attempt to deceive\, it is a betrayal of (invoked) trust\, and it is unfair (since it uses an untruth). Misleading has only two of these features\, it seems\, and double and triple bluffs also have only two of these features\, it seems. Non-deceptive so-called 'bald-faced lying' has only one of these features\, it seems.</p>
