DESCRIPTION:<p>The Department of Philosophy at the University of Nottingham (with generous support from the Society for Applied Philosophy) is organising a conference on applied ethics (broadly construed). The aim is to provide a forum for doctoral students and early-career researchers to share and scrutinise each other&rsquo\;s work on topics in applied ethics. Please indicate\, in the email not the text of the abstract\, your status (i.e. either that you&rsquo\;re a graduate student or on what basis you take yourself to be early career). &nbsp\; The conference will be hybrid with presentations largely in person (but there may be limited options to present online). Please include a request to present online in your abstract if you require this. We have bursaries available to help contribute towards the cost of travel and subsistence for presenters.</p>\n\n\n
