Smith (Washington and Lee University)</em></p>\n<p><em>Prof. Kristen Intemann (Montana State University)</em></p>\n<p><em><br></em></p>\n<p>W<a name="140e526126d0d60a__GoBack"></a>e invite graduate students to submit papers to the University of Washington Graduate Student Conference.&nbsp\; Submissions in any area of philosophy will be considered\, but those related to the conference themes Stances\, Relations and Value (broadly construed) will be given preference.</p>\n\n\n<p>Submissions are to be made by email to <strong><u><a target="_blank">philgrad.conf.uw@gmail.com</a></u></strong> by <strong>October 15\, 2013</strong>.&nbsp\; Please send papers as an attachment formatted as either a .doc or .pdf file and prepared for blind review.&nbsp\; Papers are to be 3\,000 words or less\, and suitable for a 30 minute presentation. In the body of the email please include the author&rsquo\;s name\, institutional affiliation\, contact details\, the paper title\, a word count\, and a brief abstract (no more than 300 words). </p>\n\n<p>If you have any questions\, please write to <strong><u><a target="_blank">philgrad.conf.uw@gmail.com</a></u></strong>.</p>\n<p>Notification of decisions will be sent by <strong>November 5\, 2013</strong>. </p>\n
