DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>European Philosophical Society for the Study of Emotions (EPSSE) Annual Conference 2024\, Lisbon</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp\; <br>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>We are delighted to announce that our 11th EPSSE Annual Conference<em> </em>will be co-hosted in Lisbon by the University of Lisbon and NOVA University Lisbon on 19th - 21st June 2024. EPSSE&rsquo\;s inaugural meeting was held in Lisbon\, so it feels very fitting to return there for the first meeting of our second decade(!) as a society.</p>\n<p>A huge thank you to our local organisers Laura Silva\, Dina Mendonca\, and Ricardo Santos for agreeing to host us and helping us put together the conference!</p>\n<p>&nbsp\; <br>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Call for Abstracts for EPSSE 2024</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp\; <br>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The call for abstracts for our 2024 annual conference is now open! We invite submissions&nbsp\;on&nbsp\;<strong>the philosophy of emotions\,&nbsp\;</strong>widely construed\, for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Individual papers (up to 500 words)</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Group panel sessions (a summary of the panel up to 250 words and abstracts for each speaker up to 500 words)</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Book symposia (a summary of the book symposia up to 500 words and a list of proposed commentators)</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Any more creative options that you have in mind (we recommend that you get in touch with us to discuss any alternative formats that you are interested in proposing)</p>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please prepare abstracts for anonymous review in word or PDF form.</p>\n<p>Submissions should be sent to: the.epsse@gmail.com.
