DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Call for Papers</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Annual Undergraduate MAP conference</strong></p>\n<p><strong>University of Kansas</strong></p>\n<p><strong>April 6. (Sat)\, 2024</strong></p>\n<p>Keynote Speaker:&nbsp\;<strong>Tamara Fakhoury</strong>&nbsp\;(the University of Minnesota\, Twin Cities)&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The University of Kansas Graduate Association of Philosophy Students is pleased to announce our 6th Annual Undergraduate Philosophy Conference.</p>\n<p>We welcome papers in any area of philosophy suitable for a 20-minute talk (4000 words maximum). Each paper will receive comments from a KU philosophy graduate student (10 minutes)\, and be followed by a question and answer session (15 minutes). All undergraduate students are eligible to submit papers.&nbsp\;<strong>We strongly encourage individuals belonging to underrepresented groups to participate in the conference.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>A $100 prize will be awarded to the best paper to be presented at the conference.</strong></p>\n<p>Papers should be submitted as a Word document or pdf and prepared for blind review. Please include a separate cover sheet with full name\, paper title\, university or college\, e-mail address\, and phone number.
