DESCRIPTION:<p>The Pedro Arrupe\, S.J.\, Center for Business Ethics at Saint Joseph&rsquo\;s University\, in partnership with Wharton&rsquo\;s Zicklin Center for Governance and Business Ethics Research\, is excited to announce a one-day symposium on the 10th anniversary of the publication of Joseph Heath&rsquo\;s landmark book\,&nbsp\;<em>Morality\, Competition\, and the Firm: The Market Failures Approach to Business Ethics</em>&nbsp\;(Oxford University Press\, 2014). The symposium will take place on<strong>&nbsp\;April 19\, 2024</strong>\, at Saint Joe's Hawk Hill Campus in Philadelphia\, PA (Doyle Banquet Hall North\, Campion Student Center)\, and will feature a wide-ranging discussion of the themes explored in the book.&nbsp\; &nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Invited speakers include: &nbsp\;</p>\n<p>-Joseph Heath (Philosophy\, University of Toronto)</p>\n<p>-Nien-h&ecirc\; Hsieh (Harvard Business School\, Harvard University)</p>\n<p>-Rosemarie Monge (Opus College of Business\, University of St. Thomas)</p>\n<p>-Abraham Singer (Quinlan School of Business\, Loyola University Chicago)</p>\n<p>-Jeffrey Moriarty (Philosophy\, Bentley University)</p>\n<p>-Sareh Pouryousefi (Ted Rogers School of Management\, Toronto Met.
