DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Call for Contributions</strong></p>\n<p>We invite presentations on any aspect of Beaver and Stanley's book\, with potential topics including\, but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>The concepts of resonance and attunement</li>\n<li>Slurs\, dog-whistling\, bureaucratic speech\, and other harmful speech</li>\n<li>Propaganda</li>\n<li>Ideal vs. nonideal philosophy of meaning</li>\n<li>Freedom of speech</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Submission Guidelines</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abstracts should be no more than 500 words\, prepared for blind review.</li>\n<li>Submissions should be sent as PDF attachments to Swaantje Siebke [swaantje.siebke@tu-dortmund.de].</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Registration and Additional Information</strong></p>\n<p>Accommodation and travel expenses for speakers will be borne by the organizers.
