DESCRIPTION:<p>OxJuris invites submissions of draft papers in jurisprudence and the philosophy of law for a conference scheduled for 4-5 October 2024 at Brasenose College\, Oxford.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The conference is held in partnership with the journal Legal Theory. At least a substantial majority of the papers presented will be published in a special issue of the journal\, barring exceptional circumstances. By submitting your paper\, you agree to publish your paper in the special issue\, if the paper is selected\, and not to submit the paper elsewhere until a decision by Legal Theory is communicated.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Limited financial support for accommodation and travel may be available for those without alternative funding.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The conference is organised by faculty from the University of Oxford:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>James Edwards</li>\n<li>David Enoch</li>\n<li>Kate Greasley</li>\n<li>Sandy Steel</li>\n<li>Adam Perry</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Deadline for submissions:</strong> 31 May 2024.</p>\n<p><strong>Submission process:</strong> Email submissions by the closing date to oxjuris@gmail.com. Include an abstract of up to 400 words and a full paper of up to 12\,000 words. Both abstract and papers should be fully anonymized. Papers must be unpublished.
