DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>1st BALTIC WORKSHOP IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF LANGUAGE</strong></p>\n<p>KRYNICA MORSKA\, POLAND</p>\n<p>SEPTEMBER 16-19\, 2024</p>\n<p><strong>Description</strong></p>\n<p>The Baltic Workshop in the Philosophy of Language is an international and interdisciplinary workshop whose primary aim is to showcase recent work on topics of interest in the current analytic philosophy of language. We welcome new theories from all fields of philosophy of language and of any aspects of language use\, as well as developments of extant theories in application to the new data or previously neglected phenomena. We welcome both theoretical and experimental approaches. There are no invited speakers at the workshop.</p>\n<p><strong>Practical matters</strong></p>\n<p>The conference will be held in Krynica Morska at the Baltic Sea in Poland. We aim to cover accommodation for all participants as well as transportation by bus from Gdansk to Krynica Morska and back.
