DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Call for Papers</strong><br><strong>&nbsp\;OZSW Annual Conference 2024\, 30-31 August 2024</strong></p>\n<p>The Dutch Research School of Philosophy (OZSW) is a collaboration of the faculties of 12 Dutch universities. It facilitates and stimulates research collaboration between the participating universities\, and offers training for young researchers. The 11th annual OZSW conference will take place at&nbsp\;<strong>Eindhoven University of Technology</strong>&nbsp\;on&nbsp\;<strong>August 30-31\, 2024</strong>.</p>\n<p><strong>Keynote Speakers</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gunnar Bj&ouml\;rnsson\, Stockholm University</li>\n<li>Lisa Bortolotti\, University of Birmingham</li>\n<li>Jennifer Smalligan Maru&scaron\;ić\, Edinburgh University</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Submissions</strong></p>\n<p>The OZSW invites submissions for&nbsp\;<strong>papers\, symposia\, and posters</strong>&nbsp\;in all areas of philosophy. The program committee will strive for quality\, variety\, and diversity within the program. Please submit your abstract (<strong>350-500 words</strong>) before&nbsp\;<strong>April 15\, 2024</strong>. All submissions should be in English.&nbsp\;Since we would like to enable as many people as possible to present their work\, no&nbsp\;one will be permitted to present more than one contribution at the OZSW conference.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posters will be presented during a dedicated poster presentation session.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Contributed papers will be allocated 30 minutes (including time for discussion).&nbsp\;Contributed papers will be clustered into parallel sessions focusing on particular themes.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Symposia will be allocated (at least) 90 minutes\, including discussion. They can have any format.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please submit your proposal through the Conftool website:&nbsp\;https://www.conftool.net/ozsw2024/. First create an account\, and then submit your proposal through the appropriate form. From May 31\, 2024\, you can use the same account to register for participation in the OZSW Annual Conference 2024.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Proposals for posters</strong>: Poster proposals should consist of a 350-500 word abstract (excl. references)\, prepared for blind review. Aim at indicating the structure that will appear on your poster. Please indicate relevant topics and keywords in the Conftool submission form.</li>\n<li><strong>Proposals for contributed papers</strong>: Proposals for contributed papers should consist of a 350-500 word abstract (excl. references)\, prepared for blind review. Please indicate relevant topics and keywords in the Conftool submission form.</li>\n<li><strong>Proposals for a full symposium</strong>: Symposium proposals should include the symposium title\, a description of the symposium&rsquo\;s rationale (up to 500 words\, excl. references) and the title and abstract (350-500 words\, excl. references) of each of the individual presentations that will constitute the session\, prepared for blind review. On Friday evening there will be a conference dinner. At this point\, we aim for a conference that is entirely in-person.
