DESCRIPTION:
Keynote: Jamie Dreier (Brown)
\n\n
We welcome high quality submissions from graduate students working in&nbsp\;
\n
all areas of philosophy. Papers in the areas of ethics\, meta-ethics\, and&nbsp\;
\n
political philosophy will be given special consideration. Given Dr. Dreier's&nbsp\;
\n
work on (non-) cognitivism\, practical rationality\, moral relativism\, and&nbsp\;
\n
decision theory\, we particularly encourage submissions in these areas. A&nbsp\;
\n
modest stipend may be offered to help offset the travel costs of speakers&nbsp\;
\n
in need.&nbsp\;
\n\n
Submissions should be suitable for a 25 minute presentation (i.e.\, should not&nbsp\;
\n
exceed 4000 words\, or 10-12 pages).&nbsp\;
\n\n
Papers must be prepared for blind review and should include\, on a&nbsp\;
\n
separate cover sheet\, the following information: paper title\, author's&nbsp\;
\n
name\, institutional affiliation\, address/e-mail address\, word count\, and a&nbsp\;
\n
short abstract.&nbsp\;
