DESCRIPTION:<p>ABOUT</p>\n<p>Calvin and GVSU&rsquo\;s philosophy conference is a two-day event held each year to&nbsp\;promote excellence in philosophy. In addition to keynote lectures from leading&nbsp\;contemporary philosophers\, the conference provides students an opportunity to&nbsp\;present and receive rigorous feedback on their own work in the form of formal&nbsp\;comments from a peer and Q&amp\;A.</p>\n\n\n<p>We are pleased to have Dr. Timothy O'Connor (Indiana University) as our keynote speaker&nbsp\;for the conference this year. All&nbsp\;papers are subject to blind review.</p>\n\n<p>&middot\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Include detachable title paper with name\, title\, and institution&nbsp\;affiliation. The paper itself should include the&nbsp\;paper title and a short abstract\, but no name. Submit papers as attachments in pdf/word.doc format to Yunus&nbsp\;Prasetya:&nbsp\;<a#1155cc\;target="_blank">yap4@students.calvin.edu</a></p>\n\n<p>&middot\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Papers should be prepared to be read within 30 minutes.&nbsp\;</p>\n
