DESCRIPTION:<p>The Formal Epistemology Workshop 2025 will be hosted by the&nbsp\;<strong>University of Iceland's Department of Philosophy</strong>.</p>\n<p>It will take place at the&nbsp\;<strong>University of Iceland\, Reykjavik\,</strong>&nbsp\;on&nbsp\;<strong>27-29 May 2025</strong>.</p>\n<p>Conference website:&nbsp\;https://sites.google.com/view/few25</p>\n<p><em>Submissions</em></p>\n<p>We invite paper submissions in formal epistemology broadly construed\, including but not limited to probability\, decision and game theory\, philosophy of science\, logic\, philosophy of language\, social epistemology\, as well as suitable papers that intersect with aligned scientific disciplines\, such as computer science\, psychology\, economics\, and statistics.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Paper submissions should be no longer than 6\,000 words and should be accompanied by an abstract of maximally 200 words.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Accepted papers should be suitable for 45 minutes presentation time\, followed by 45 minutes of discussion.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>We welcome and strongly encourage submissions from members of underrepresented groups in philosophy\, as well as early career researchers and students.</p>\n<p>All submissions should be prepared for anonymous review.</p>\n<p><strong>Submission link:&nbsp\;https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=few2025</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Submission deadline: 15 January 2025</strong></p>\n<p><em>Commentators</em></p>\n<p>If you would like to volunteer as a commentator at the conference\, please send us an email at&nbsp\;<a href="mailto:few2025@googlegroups.com">few25@googlegroups.com</a>.
