Keynotes will be delivered by Simon Caney (Warwick) and Lisa Herzog (Groningen). The conference fee will be £\;120. Proposals for both panels and single papers are currently being accepted. Paper proposals should include a title\, author's name and institutional affiliation\, and an abstract of up to 300 words. Panel proposals should include a title\, the names and affiliations of all participants (including a chair and discussant)\, and titles and abstracts for each of three papers.
