DESCRIPTION:<p>We&rsquo\;re very excited to announce and extend an invitation to attend our upcoming <strong>virtual</strong> event on <strong>Friday\, March 7\, 2025.</strong> The event will run in the afternoon\, and feature the following speakers:</p>\n<p>Ben Zipursky (Fordham) on moral luck\, Bernard Williams\, and the law\; comment by Gregory Antill (Columbia).</p>\n<p>Helen Scott (Oxford) on restitution and unjust enrichment\; comment by Maytal Gilboa.</p>\n<p>Erik Encarnacion (UT Austin) on anti-discrimination law and contract\; comment by Anthony Sangiuliano (Toronto).</p>\n<p>Specific details for the timing of each presentation will be coming soon.</p>\n<p>The papers and Zoom link will be distributed at least a week before the event.
