DESCRIPTION:<p>Call for Abstracts. Conference: Powers and Essences &ndash\;&ndash\; Dispositionalism and Essentialism.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Conference date and location: 12-13 June 2025. Heinrich Heine University\, Duesseldorf.</p>\n<p>Graduate students and early career researchers (max 2 years from the end of their PhD) are invited to submit an abstract on topics related to powers\, essences\, Dispositionalism\, and Essentialism. Submission concerning the relation between these topics are especially welcome. We welcome submissions from all backgrounds and perspectives.</p>\n<p>Submission Guidelines:<br> <br> &nbsp\; *<br> Submissions are accepted via email to giacomo.giannini@hhu.de <br> &nbsp\; *<br> Maximum 500 words (but references excluded). <br> &nbsp\; * &nbsp\; Abstracts are to be prepared for anonymous review</p>\n<p><br> CFA Deadline: April 30th\, 2025</p>\n<p>Accepted Papers: The presenter will be allocated an hour-long time slot\; presentations should be approximately 40 minutes long\, with 20 minutes for a Q&amp\;A period.</p>\n<p>For any information\, please do not hesistate to contact me (giacomo.giannini@hhu.de)</p>\n\n\n
