DESCRIPTION:
The rise of Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies has reshaped fundamental ethical and political questions. AI-driven systems and algorithms influence decision-making in governance\, justice\, and communication\, raising concerns about normativity\, regulation\, accountability\, and political manipulation compromising personal autonomy. Issues such as the political use of AI\, digital disinformation (fake news)\, algorithmic bias\, and the role of law and justice in the digital ecosystem demand urgent interdisciplinary analysis. With reference to Michel Foucault&rsquo\;s theory\, the use of behaviorism and neurobiological knowledge serve as a new form of &ldquo\;Bio-power&rdquo\;.
\n
This Special Track invites contributions that critically examine the intersection of ethics\, politics\, and digital technologies\, with a particular focus on the challenges of AI governance\, legal frameworks\, and democratic values in the digital era. We welcome papers that explore these themes from philosophical\, legal\, political\, sociological\, and technological perspectives.&nbsp\;

\n
Topics of Interest
\n
We encourage submissions on topics including\, but not limited to:
\n
\n
Ethical and political implications of AI decision-making
\n
AI regulation and legal frameworks (e.g.\, the European AI Act)
\n
The role of AI in democracy and political strategy
\n
Fake news\, algorithmic manipulation\, and disinformation
\n
AI and the future of labor\, surveillance\, and digital rights
\n
Algorithmic accountability and Transparency
\n
Bio-power and Behavioral control through AI
\n
Interdisciplinary approaches to AI ethics and governance
\n
AI for Social Good (AI4SG)
\n
\n
Submission Guidelines
\n
All submissions will undergo a single-blind review process to ensure the scientific quality of accepted contributions.
