DESCRIPTION:<p>The Young Network for Wittgensteinian Philosophy is comprised by a global community of young philosophers\, students\, and enthusiasts devoted to exploring and advancing the works of Ludwig Wittgenstein - one of the most influential thinkers of the 20th century.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This conference is the second physical meeting of the Young Network for Wittgensteinian Philosophy and it will take place from the 30th September to 1st October 2025 at the Universit&agrave\; Ca' Foscari di Venezia in Venice (Italy). The keynote speakers are Hans-Johann Glock (U. of Zurich) and Hanne Appelqvist (U. of Helsinki).&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>The aim of the conference is to focus on Wittgenstein's thought-provoking ideas spanning language\, logic\, mind\, mathematics\, and culture to demonstrate its application to a variety of philosophical issues. Whether you're fascinated by his Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus\, the Philosophical Investigations\, or his significant contributions to the philosophy of mind and language\, this conference provides an enriching environment to further analyze into these complex explorations. Together\, we can push the boundaries of understanding and illuminate the complexities of our shared human experience through the lens of Wittgenstein's enduring wisdom.</p>\n<p>The deadline for submissions is the June 15\, 2025. Authors must submit a title and a 500 word abstract on a Wittgensteinian topic of their liking using the following submission form:&nbsp\;https://forms.gle/f9VFwHM4DkMkS6xK7</a></p>\n<p>&nbsp\;All authors will receive a decision notification by July 15\, 2025. The conference will be strictly held in person. For online talks\, just participate in the colloquium of the YNWP.&nbsp\;</p>
