Below is a list of suggested themes</strong>.</p>\n<p><strong>Street Art\, Community\, and Aesthetic Value</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Street Art as Antithetical to Mainstream Art</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sanctioned vs Unsanctioned Street Art</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Street Art vs. Public Art or Community Art</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Gentrification and Street Art</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Commercialization and Street Art</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Street Art and Subversive Power</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Street Art and Gender\, Race\, and Class</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Street Art and Social Justice</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Street Art and Advertising</strong></p>\n<p>We invite submissions from professional philosophers (an academic appointment in a philosophy department is not necessary) and graduate students working in philosophy. Membership in the American Society for Aesthetics is required.</p>\n<p>The <strong>extended deadline for papers</strong> (3000 words-max) is <strong>May 31\, 2025</strong><strong>.</strong> Include an <strong>abstract</strong> (250 words-max).
