DESCRIPTION:<p>The Virginia Philosophical Association</p>\n<p>86th Annual Conference</p>\n<p><strong>Call for Papers</strong><strong></strong></p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Virginia State University\, Petersburg\, VA</strong></p>\n<p><strong>September&nbsp\;26th-27th&nbsp\;2025</strong></p>\n<p>The conference will run from the afternoon on Friday\, the 26th through lunchtime on Saturday\, the 27th <strong></strong></p>\n<p>The Keynote speakers will be <strong>Anika Simpson</strong> (Howard University) and <strong>Dee Payton</strong> (University of Virginia)</p>\n<p>We welcome submissions in any area of philosophy from philosophers and graduate students. Papers should be no longer than 4\,000 words. Please prepare the paper as a PDF for blind review and include a brief abstract. In the body of the email\, please provide:</p>\n<p>1.&nbsp\; &nbsp\; &nbsp\;1. Name</p>\n<p>2.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; 2.
