DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Karto-Teka journal</strong><br><strong><em>Ethics &ndash\; New Horizons</em></strong></p>\n<p><em>Karto-Teka</em>&nbsp\;&nbsp\;invites submissions for a journal's issue 2/2025 on the theme:</p>\n<p><strong>Ethics &ndash\; New Horizons</strong></p>\n<p>Contemporary ethical challenges continue to evolve in response to rapid technological\, social\, political\, and environmental changes. From the ethical implications of artificial intelligence and global pandemics to the resurgence of debates around moral realism\, metaethics\, philosophy is called to critically reassess and reimagine its ethical foundations and applications.</p>\n<p>This issue seeks to explore&nbsp\;<strong>emerging directions\, neglected perspectives\, and interdisciplinary approaches</strong>&nbsp\;in ethics. We welcome original contributions that engage with the theme broadly construed\, including but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ethics and technology (AI\, data\, automation)</li>\n<li>Environmental and climate ethics</li>\n<li>Global justice and postcolonial perspectives</li>\n<li>Reassessing classical ethical theories in contemporary contexts</li>\n<li>Feminist\, queer\, and non-Western ethical traditions</li>\n<li>Metaethical innovation and critiques</li>\n<li>Ethics and aesthetics\, affect\, or embodiment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&bdquo\;Karto-Teka Gdańska&rdquo\; http://karto-teka.ptft.pl/en/ is a peer-reviewed scientific six-monthly on-line journal of the Pomeranian Philosophical and Theological Society and the Philological Faculty of the University of Gdansk. It has been published since 2017. It is based on organic humanity\, pro publico bono. The interdisciplinary journal publishes papers on broadly defined humanities\, escpecially on philosophy\, religious studies and cultural studies.
