DESCRIPTION:<p>ABSTRACT: This paper argues that there is a distinctive intellectual virtue called perspectival flexibility. An agent with the virtue of perspectival flexibility is able to shift between different\, apt perspectives on a given subject matter. I spell out what this ability consists in\, which epistemic good it promotes\, and how it differs from other intellectual virtues we are already familiar with\, in particular open-mindedness and intellectual humility.</p>
