The main aim of the workshop is to get together semanticists from two different "fashions" and - instead of separating \; the two sides as competing views - initiate a deeper conversation and collaboration between them. With the workshop \; we seek to provide a platform to further discuss parallelisms on specific semantic issues on the one hand and on \; the other hand to confront opposed claims from the two different perspectives. \;

The workshop will take place in Dü\;sseldorf at the Haus der Universitä\;t of \;the Heinrich-Heine-Universitä\;t on \;April 12-13\, 2014. The workshop is organized in co-operation with the DFG Collaborative Research Centre 991. \; \;
