The 12th Annual Meeting of the Ancient Philosophy Society is taking \;place this year at the University of San Francisco and includes four \;days of scholarly presentations. The conference includes a wonderful \;program of blindly refereed paper presentations. We will also have two
keynote presentations. The first\, by Anastasia-Erasmia Peponi\, \;Professor of Classics at Stanford University\, is entitled &ldquo\;Dance\, \;Aesthetics and the Polis&rdquo\; and will take place on Friday\, April 20th at \;6pm in the Del Santo Reading Room. The following day\, also at 6pm\, \;Christof Rapp\, the Chair for Ancient Philosophy and Rhetoric at \;Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich will be giving a talk entitled \;&ldquo\;Aristotle on Modulating the Feelings of a Public Audience&rdquo\; in LM 100. \;In addition\, we will have a panel on Heidegger's Reading of \;Aristotle's "Rhetoric" on Saturday afternoon.
