DESCRIPTION:<p>8th Arch&eacute\; Graduate Conference 8-9th November 2014</p>\n\n<p><strong>Arch&eacute\;</strong>\, Philosophical Research Centre for Logic\, Language\, Metaphysics and Epistemology\, is hosting the 8th Annual Arch&eacute\; Graduate Conference in November 2014. We invite graduate students to submit high-quality papers. We welcome papers in the four main Arch&eacute\; research topics (Logic\, Language\, Metaphysics and Epistemology) broadly construed\, as well as related areas. We especially encourage submissions from members of underrepresented groups in philosophy.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Keynote Speakers</strong>: </p>\n\n<p>Penelope Mackie (Nottingham) </p>\n\n<p>I<a name="_GoBack"></a>an Rumfitt (Birmingham)</p>\n\n<p>Symposium on Conceptual Engineering: Herman Cappelen (Arch&eacute\;\, St Andrews) &amp\; Patrick Greenough (Arch&eacute\;\, St Andrews)</p>\n\n<p><strong>Info</strong>:</p>\n\n<p>The conference will be held on the <strong>8th</strong> and <strong>9th of November 2014 </strong>at the University of St Andrews.</p>\n\n<p>All accepted talks will receive comments from a member of Arch&eacute\;.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; </p>\n\n<p>We will endeavour to fully cover the cost of travel for all speakers. And we would be happy to arrange childcare. </p>\n\n<p><strong>Submission requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<p>Submit papers via easychair: <a href="https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=agc8">https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=agc8</a> (Submissions are limited to 1 per author.)</p>\n\n<p>Papers must be no longer than 4\,200 words\, including an abstract of 200 words.
