DESCRIPTION:<p>The conference\, organized by the Arendt&nbsp\;Center&nbsp\;as part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Project &ldquo\;<strong>Rewriting Rights</strong>&rdquo\; &ndash\; &nbsp\;explores the double sense in which feminist justice is&nbsp\;&ldquo\;on trial&rdquo\;&nbsp\;today &mdash\; in courtrooms\, where the performance and performativity of legal proceedings expose the structural limits of institutional justice\, and in culture\, where dominant narratives continue to normalize gendered violence.
