This collection aims to explore the social\,</p>\n<p>political\, and ethical dimensions of language\, with particular attention to how linguistic practices</p>\n<p>both shape and reflect structures of power\, identity\, and social relations.</p>\n<p><strong>Topics of Interest</strong></p>\n<p>The collection welcomes contributions addressing a wide range of topics\, including (but not limited</p>\n<p>to):</p>\n<p>&bull\; Discursive injustice and linguistic harm (e.g.\, gaslighting\, deadnaming\, harmful speech)</p>\n<p>&bull\; Non-ideal communicative contexts and complex speech acts</p>\n<p>&bull\; Political language and evaluative discourse</p>\n<p>&bull\; The language of disagreement and the social dimensions of meaning</p>\n<p>&bull\; Normative approaches to harmful speech\, including conceptual engineering</p>\n<p>&bull\; Intersections between philosophy of language\, social epistemology\, and political philosophy</p>\n<p><strong>Submission Guidelines</strong></p>\n<p>Manuscripts should be prepared according to the journal&rsquo\;s guidelines and submitted via the online</p>\n<p>system:</p>\n<p>http://www.editorialmanager.com/synt/default.aspx</p>\n<p>Please select the option corresponding to the Topical Collection when submitting.
