DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Call for Papers</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Philosophy and Education</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Special Issue&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><em>Karto-Teka Gdańska</em>&nbsp\;invites submissions for a thematic issue dedicated to the intersections of philosophy and education. We welcome original research articles\, theoretical essays\, and interdisciplinary contributions exploring philosophical perspectives on education\, pedagogy\, learning\, and the formation of human subjectivity in contemporary societies.</p>\n<p>This call is inspired by the growing importance of educational questions within contemporary philosophy and by the need for critical reflection on the cultural\, ethical\, political\, and existential dimensions of education.</p>\n<p><strong>Possible Topics</strong></p>\n<p>Topics may include\, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Philosophy of education</li>\n<li>Ethics and education</li>\n<li>Critical pedagogy</li>\n<li>Education and democracy</li>\n<li>Phenomenology of learning and teaching</li>\n<li>Hermeneutics and educational interpretation</li>\n<li>Educational justice and inequality</li>\n<li>Feminist and postcolonial approaches to education</li>\n<li>Philosophy of childhood</li>\n<li>Technology\, AI\, and education</li>\n<li>Bildung and human formation</li>\n<li>Education\, religion\, and secularism</li>\n<li>Aesthetics and education</li>\n<li>University\, academic freedom\, and the future of the humanities</li>\n<li>Education in times of crisis and social transformation</li>\n<li>Interdisciplinary approaches to pedagogy and culture</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About the Journal</strong></p>\n<p>Founded in 2017\,&nbsp\;<em>Karto-Teka Gdańska</em>&nbsp\;is an interdisciplinary\, peer-reviewed\, open-access academic journal published by the University of Gdańsk. The journal promotes dialogue across philosophy\, cultural studies\, history of ideas\, anthropology\, literary studies\, and related disciplines.</p>\n<p><strong>A Special Invitation to Early Career Researchers</strong></p>\n<p>The journal warmly welcomes submissions from:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Doctoral candidates</li>\n<li>Postdoctoral researchers</li>\n<li>Early career scholars</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are committed to a constructive\, rigorous\, and fair peer-review process.
